This policy explains what personal information Growmora collects through growmora.co, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Growmora is based in Chennai, India, and works with brands selling to Amazon Australia.
When you request a free Vendor Health Audit, we collect the details you enter in the form:
We also record the date and time of your request. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. Our web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.
We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare and deliver your audit, and follow up about working together. We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and we correspond by email through Microsoft 365. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States and India. If we become engaged to manage your Vendor Central account, account data is handled under our signed service agreement.
We keep audit requests for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing admin@growmora.co. If you'd rather not hear from us after your audit, just tell us and we'll stop.
